What is Twin Heart Meditation?

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation aimed at achieving cosmic consciousness or what some call "illumination." It is based on the principle that some of the body's major energy centers (chakras) are entry points or gateways to certain levels of consciousness.

How to Join

Register below or send us a WhatsApp message to join the online meeting link group.

You will receive a Zoom/Google Meet link every Saturday evening.

Sit comfortably in a clean, quiet space. Light a candle or incense if desired.

Join 5 minutes early. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid heavy meals beforehand.

After meditation, spend 5 minutes in gratitude. You may lie down if needed.
